Under the StoREin project, TERI is organising the session is being organised at the Distribution Utility Meet (DUM). The session will examine selected Indian BESS case studies and discuss applications in peak-load management, network deferral, renewable energy integration and grid resilience. It will also explore optimal sizing, siting and operation, business models and revenue streams for DISCOM-owned storage, and the regulatory and financing frameworks needed to scale deployment.
